I chose this hotel primarily because of its bathroom with a handheld bidet 😂 They allowed us to have an early check-in at 11 am and a late checkout at 1 pm. The bedroom is very comfortable, and the air conditioner is working perfectly despite being an older unit; it was able to keep the room at a chilly 17°C. The location is good, and all of the staff are excellent!

Breakfast very good, they could put hot water in a thermos flask for those you like tea, like me. I had to wait a while for the hot water to arrive. Other than that, breakfast was excellent. Good service, friendly staff.

It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Clean, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. This is going to be my main Hotel to stay when visiting Serra Negra again.
